MISSION

The Law Reform

In November 2014, the National Assembly passed a number of laws the including Civil Code, Criminal Code, Investment Law, Enterprise Law, Law on Housing, Law on Real Estate Business etc. These new laws adopt a more pro-active approach, aiming to reduce administrative bureaucracy and better facilitate foreign investment into Vietnam. Almost the new laws shall become effect on 01 January 2017.

The Legalwiki

Legalwiki was born to meet the needs of the law reform. Our mission will be discussing the practical aspects of the new laws and how it impacts business in Vietnam. Legalwiki will be telling you what to do as a businessperson to take advantage when doing business in Vietnam. Our aim is to assist businesses already in Vietnam and/or planning to go into Vietnam. Legalwiki was founded on 27 December 2016.

To share is to learn

We would love to see Legalwiki as a place for both conversation and controversy. We are fine with being disagree and we feel thankful if readers could show me when and how we are wrong with constructive comments. We will always strive to avoid boring readers by updating news from diverse industries. We will review comments before posting them. It will be a YES for disagree or constructive comment but will be a NO for criticize. Our review will be to filter out comments that are without substance and/or personally abusive.
